Smoothies and juicing is all the craze these days. This is another healthy smoothie you can add to your try list. It has so many great beneficial fresh ingredients that it can only do you good. Beets are fantastic for the liver and to stabilize blood sugar levels when eaten on a regular basis. Watercress is packed with vitamins A, C, K and Calcium. This is just a fraction of great tasting health in a glass but I won’t bore you with all the specifics! Just remember this, using a blender or food processor yields smoothies. Juicers separate the fiber from the fruits and veggies. Both soluble and insoluble fiber is essential to our daily diet and to prevent so many easily prevented diseases which is why personally, I favor smoothies over juices.
