So far I have met very few people in life that do not like guacamole. How can you not though?! It’s one of those things that can save a boring/failed dish taste so yummy. And even more so when you have a damn GOOD guacamole! I’m a firm believer that all food large or small should always be packed with flavor. Hence NOT WITHOUT SPICE! haha Seriously though, what’s a full tummy when it’s not satisfied with flavor? Probably not as happy as it could easily be.
So anyways, if you want a super fresh guacamole you can just finely chop your fresh jalapenos into your guacamole but it seems like everyone does that. I think if you take the time to roast your jalapenos whether it be on a grill or in the oven, you can prepare the other ingredients while they roast to save yourself time and I kid you not, you may not want to have it any other way. The best part about it is the guacamole will absorb the oils of the peppers even after a few hours in the fridge. And every few bites you’ll be surprised with a burst of flavorful spice. If you dare make it spicier then throw the seeds in there along with it. Just remember, those who don’t know… the pepper itself gets spicier when you roast it versus fresh. So caution just in case!
